The location was perfect, within walking distance of the shrine and train station. The room was clean and spacious for European standards. Great value for the price. Helpful staff and free parking available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was superb - it was very easy to get to the bus stop and train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel was located in the center of town, so everything was within walking distance. Secondly, the service and staff were excellent. They were friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The shower was also good, and I enjoyed the views from my room.
All was excellent, no improvements needed.

The hotel is in a great location, pretty close to the train station, making it easy to get to the Lourdes sanctuary. The staff were welcoming and offered helpful information and maps. The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. The view from the hotel was amazing, with mountains and the cathedral in sight.
The stairwells were in need of some decoration.
